Mentorship & Leadership
Sustainability Impact Mentorship Program (SIM30)
Mentoring 30 Change-Makers to Lead Africa's Sustainability Future
SIM30 is ICRS Ghana's flagship mentorship initiative, designed
to identify, nurture, and equip a select cohort of thirty (30)
emerging leaders and professionals with the practical skills,
industry exposure, and mentorship needed to excel in corporate
responsibility, ESG, and sustainability practice.
The program pairs mentees with experienced sustainability
practitioners, corporate leaders, and governance experts for
a structured, immersive journey of professional and personal
growth.
Who It Is For
Early- to mid-career professionals, sustainability champions
within organisations, graduates pursuing careers in ESG and
CSR, and entrepreneurs seeking to embed responsible practice
into their ventures.

Sustainability & ESG Media Academy
Equipping Africa's Storytellers to Advance the Sustainability Narrative
The Sustainability & ESG Media Academy is a specialised
training and capacity-building initiative designed to close
the knowledge gap between the sustainability sector and the
media, communications, and content creation professionals who
shape public understanding of it.
The Academy trains journalists, communicators, content
creators, and corporate communications professionals to report
on and communicate ESG and sustainability issues with accuracy,
depth, and impact.
